Do I need an account?
No. Linden requires no account. Your family's data is stored in your private iCloud.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data is stored in your iCloud using Apple's end-to-end encrypted CloudKit. Harbor87 cannot access your family's data.
Why does Linden need two apps?
Apple's Screen Time API requires the enforcement app to run on the child's device. Linden Parent handles configuration on your iPhone. Linden Child handles enforcement on your child's iPhone.
What is Linden Unlocked?
A one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited schedules. No subscription, no recurring charges.
Linden Child isn't enforcing restrictions. What do I do?
Make sure Linden Child is installed and paired. Check that FamilyControls authorization was completed on the child's device. Confirm both devices have an internet connection so settings can sync.
How do I unpair a child's device?
Delete Linden Child from the child's device and remove the pairing from Linden Parent's family settings.
